1.Do you live in a house or flat? And do you like it?

Actually I live in a flat near my company. Um, I like it very much. It is not very spaciouscoz housing prices are sky-high in my hometownand I can’t afford to buy a huge apartment, but it is quite bright and comfy. There are two bedrooms, a small living room, a kitchen, a study and a balcony.

2. How long have you lived there? Who do you live with?

I have lived there for three years with my parents since I graduated from my university. Everything is convenient around my apartment. The subway station is within walking distanceand there are three supermarkets nearby.

3. What’s your favorite room?

Well, I have to say I love the study most. It is the place where I do some reading and handlemy work at home. I also stand there and do a little bit of stargazing sometimes, if the weather’s good and I can see stars through the window.

Hometown

1.Where’s your hometown? And do you like it?

Well, I come from Leshan which is a small city in Sichuan province. I love it very much of course. As for my hometown, it is a friendly and peaceful city which, I think, is very cozy.

2. Good and bad points of it?

The best thing about my hometown is that there are many snacks, like bobochicken, tofu jelly and Leshansweet skin duck. Bobo chicken is my favorite. It is a traditional local food with pleasant spicy flavor.

As for the bad points, I think it is a little bit backward compared with Shanghai and Beijing cause there are few people left and the majority of young people have been moving out to big cities.But I really value the quiet and peaceful lifestyle in my hometown. It isfar away from the hustle and bustle in big cities.
