Aspect 3: Prospect

對(duì)于新入職的員工(freshman)來(lái)說(shuō)，工作前景比福利待遇要更重要，因?yàn)樾剿梢噪S著入職時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)而增加，但是工作前景關(guān)系到一個(gè)人未來(lái)能走到什么位置。
